1.30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason
Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address. Once the returned item arrives back in our warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
Support refund requests within 30 days. For products more than 30 days after receipt, the buyer’s refund request cannot be processed.

2.How long do I have before making a return, and do I have to pay for shipping?
You have a max of 30 days to make returns. No returns made after 30 days from the receive date will be accepted.
For any order, if you choose to reject to sign for the package/order, no fees will be charged. After signing for the product, if you want to return the product for various reasons (except for product maintenance and the received product is damaged!), you need to pay the return shipping fee! (The return shipping fee is charged by the logistics company, you can choose any logistics company as the return channel, this store does not charge any return handling fee)

3.Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account, as per your request.
The returned merchandise must be the merchandise sold in our store. If it is not sold in our shop or other counterfeit products, no return or refund will be made!

4.How do I make a return?

5.Returns Request:
Items must include original packaging(We ship all the products in the package)
For quality related return claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs
For non-quality related return claims, Riland refunds the cost of the product itself
Returns and Refunds may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements

6.Important Notice:
Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the shipping label we provide even if you are using your own shipping.
Please make sure you don't include non-Riland items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
If you have any issues with your return, you must contact Customer Support within 30 days after your order was first placed.
